Job Description
Time Booster Marketing is currently seeking an experienced full-time Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality written content that enhances our clients’ brand messaging and drives storytelling across multiple channels. As an integral part of our Content team, you will have an impact on developing an ongoing organic inbound traffic strategy by writing and optimizing keyword-rich SEO copy that matches the tone, voice, and culture. You will work closely with clients, account leads, and other members of our integrated team to produce compelling content that aligns with our client’s goals and produces results.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive written SEO-optimized content for a variety of platforms including websites, blogs, press releases, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Engage with clients to understand their communication needs, brand voice, and storytelling objectives. Tailor content to meet client expectations and strategic goals
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes to create relevant and insightful content
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in SEO and content marketing
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to continually improve SEO content performance
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing assets
- Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and style preferences
- Contribute to the development of content strategies and plans, providing insights and recommendations based on content performance and client feedback
- Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and track content performance using analytics tools to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations and agency standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in written and oral English
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple client accounts
- High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business.
- You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
- Proficient with Google Drive products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills
