Internship Description
Time Booster Marketing is seeking a dedicated and driven digital marketing intern to join our dynamic team. This role includes being able to multitask, problem solve, manage multiple timelines, and occasionally work across functions. A successful team contributor will perform tactical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, develop collaborative relationships with team members, display communication, and act proactively
Responsibilities
- Complete any necessary research to fulfill campaign needs as delegated by Account teams; monitor news alerts about the client on an ongoing basis to ensure that Account teams are up to date on relevant information.
- Complete all reporting needs delegated by Account teams on time and with accuracy.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, etc.)
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and conversions
- Monitor industry conversations and identify opportunities for clients to engage authentically
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Desire to learn and mature with a growing digital marketing agency
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their unique best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple client accounts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills
