Internship Description
Time Booster Marketing is currently looking for talented and motivated graphic design/video editing intern/trainee for a 3- to 6-month internship. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where you will contribute to the development of marketing materials, digital content, and promotional assets. Projects include brochures, flyers, posters, invitations, postcards, social media posts, web banners, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of visually engaging graphics and layouts for print and digital media, including flyers, banners, signage, and social media content.
- Develop unique and impactful design concepts that align with client branding guidelines
- Collaborate with senior designer and marketing team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with TBM brand identity and project goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and cohesiveness across all design deliverables
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design standards and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Maintain organized file management and archiving systems for design assets
- Edit raw video footage to create polished, visually compelling final products aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines
- Ensure seamless flow, pacing, and storytelling within the edited videos
Requirements
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD)
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce pixel-perfect designs
- Solid problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative and innovative design work
