Internship Description
Time Booster Marketing is seeking an energetic, motivated, funny, and creative Social Media enthusiast to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with online communities through compelling content. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and supporting our overall growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives
- Create and curate compelling content (text, images, videos) tailored for each client’s brand voice and target audience
- Manage and optimize company and client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online communities
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, etc.)
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Identify influencers and opportunities for strategic partnerships to amplify reach
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and conversions
- Monitor industry conversations and identify opportunities for clients to engage authentically
Requirements
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram; experience with other platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creative storytelling
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple client accounts
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas for engaging content
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills
