Job Description

Time Booster Marketing is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to elevate our clients’ online presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives
  • Create and curate compelling content (text, images, videos) tailored for each client’s brand voice and target audience
  • Manage and optimize company and client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online communities
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing social media assets
  • Identify influencers and opportunities for strategic partnerships to amplify reach
  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and conversions
  • Monitor industry conversations and identify opportunities for clients to engage authentically

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in an agency setting
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their unique best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creative storytelling
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple client accounts
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills
